Elevating Gatka to Asian and Olympic Glory

The World Gatka Federation (WGF) and Asian Gatka Federation (AGF) have jointly set their sights on an ambitious endeavor – the inclusion of Gatka in the Asian Games and Olympic Games. In preparation for this milestone, an extensive modernization plan has been carefully devised. This visionary project aims to introduce Gatka onto the international competition scene, featuring upgraded infrastructure and cutting-edge IT techniques for tournament management.

Featured Keynote

With an aim to revive, preserve and promote traditional martial art Gatka as a sport, the International Sikh Martial Art Academy (ISMAA) was constituted on 6th May, 2007 at Patiala, Punjab. An apex Gatka organisation, The ISMAA, envisions in promoting, popularizing and standardizing Gatka as a recognised game at national and international level.
